How do I get started?
Setting up an account is easy. Simply click the “Client Login” to access the customer portal at the top of the page. You can create and finalize an account there. This customer portal is used to see important information and make changes to your account. You can also contact us directly to set-up an account.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No contacts to sign. Our recurring service is billed in advance on a month to month basis and can be started, paused, or canceled at any time through the customer portal or by calling us directly at 301-616-5657
Do you clean the entire yard?
We clean the areas of your property that have dog waste issues. Please remember that in rural areas with large, open yards, we will need to determine the most used areas for our technicians to focus on. This will lessen the time spent at your location and cut costs for you.
Do you provide dog waste removal services year round?
We do! However, we do have company policies regarding extreme and/or unsafe weather conditions such as low or high temperatures, heavy accumulations of snow or ice, flooding, or violent storms.
How do you ensure the safety of my dog?
Safety is a top priority with Good Dog Cleanup Crew for our clients, their dogs, and our technicians. We clean our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures (if your dog area is enclosed) when we are done cleaning so you know your dog won’t get out of the yard.
How do you depose of the dog waste after each cleanup?
We double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can or neatly by their house.
